University 2025 Academic Incentive Application Schedule
Dear members of our academic staff,
Within the framework of the Academic Incentive Allowance Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 18 December 2015 and numbered 29566, the 2025 Academic Incentive Application Schedule of our University is given below. Applications will only be made electronically via UBYS using electronic signature.
We would like to remind once again that this incentive program is based on the YÖKSİS database and our academic staff must keep all their information in this database up to date. We wish you success in your work.

| 24–29 January 2026 | Review of applications by the Commission and final decision making |
| 30 January 2026 | Announcement of Commission decisions |
| 2–6 February 2026 | Submission of objections (within 5 working days from announcement) |
| 7–9 February 2026 | Evaluation of objections by the Commission (final decision is binding) |
